Technical Skills and Aptitude Toolbox (TSAT™)

The Technical Skills and Aptitude Toolbox (TSATTM) is a technical tool used by The Alliance to assist individuals in determining an appropriate entry point into technical training. The evaluation may cover all aspects of current technology or specific areas.

The  TSAT™ process includes an assessment of a participant's technical aptitude, technical skill, general abilities related to technology, and learning style. Following the assessment, participants will work with a technical advisor to develop a step-by-step Technical Career  Plan. The Alliance offers the program through The Training Solutions Group, Inc. For more detailed information click on TSAT™.

Why take the TSAT™?

If you are to succeed in your technical training you need to begin at the level of your present knowledge and skill. TSAT™ will help you identify training that is neither too advanced nor too basic for your needs. * TSAT™ is required for some Alliance technical and computer training.

How does TSAT™ relate to Alliance Pre-Paid Tuition?

You must use TSAT™ to qualify for Alliance Pre-Paid Tuition if you are on a technical training path. But, we strongly recommend that you also take Life/Work Planning to help you pick a career path and create a plan for achieving work and personal goals. Check out Life/Work Planning to see what the program can do for you.
