Alliance
Life-Work Planning is a step-by-step process to help you map your
career path – where you want to go and how to get there. The course
will help you identify skills, interests and values and create a
realistic career plan for yourself. You will develop an
education/training plan to support you career plan; and you have the
option of one-on-one guidance from a professional Life-Work
counselor.
Alliance Life-Work Planning offers you a rare opportunity to focus
just on you and your career – to get clear on what you want and how
to get it. As part of the program you will:
Identify your interests, personal values and skills.
Investigate career and school opportunities.
Integrate your career plans with short and long term goals.
Formulate a meaningful Life/Work Plan.
Life-Work Planning is such an important foundation for identifying
training and education interests; we encourage every
Alliance-eligible employee to take advantage of this valuable
resource.
Having a Life/Work
Plan on file with The Alliance is no longer required to use the
Pre-Paid Tuition Program
