The Alliance Celebrates!

2006 Marks Twenty Years of innovative growth in the delivery of training.  Due to our unique partnerships with CWA, IBEW, AT&T Lucent Technologies, Avaya, OFS and The Alliance Local Committee networks,

The Alliance has delivered 14,500,000 hours of training, with 1,160,000 enrollments, to 173,000 individuals.  We have delivered programs and training such as transition workshops, workplace effectiveness skills, to IT Certification classes.  The Alliance has developed partnerships with each company at a National level to provide training in IT Certifications and advanced skills for the future, as demonstrated with AT&T's Article 43, The Lucent Installation Catalogue, and Avaya's IT Certification program.  At local levels The Alliance continues to partner, whenever possible, with Business Units and the Union providing customized training that not only meets the immediate needs of the company but upgrades the skills of the Union represented employee.

Through our partnerships we have created an Alliance program that delivered training your way.  Whether through group sized classes, on-line courses, virtual technology, or individual career paths and Pre-Paid Tuition, we continue to explore innovative ways in which to reach our customer base, reaching our goals, while meeting the needs of the workforce.

We are proud of our 20 years and look forward to continuing to pioneer new training and delivery methods.  With your participation we will continue to evolve and grow as the technology and the needs of the telecommunications industry changes.
