As AT&T accelerates Project VIP and our efforts to pivot our workforce’s skill sets to become an all-IP, all-cloud, all-mobile company by 2020 the Article 43 Certification Program offers you an additional avenue to prepare for the future.
Article 43 certifications, comprised of both vendor neutral and vendor specific certifications, are directly aligned with Workforce 2020.
Individuals may take classes on company time, needs of the business permitting, or may also attend on their own time.
As you earn your industry recognized Article 43 Certifications you are eligible for certification pay:
Completion of 2 Certifications $40/bi-weekly
Completion of 5 Certifications $80/bi-weekly
Completion of 10 Certifications $150/bi-weekly
All employees are personally responsible for obtaining information and resources to update their skills. It’s up to you to take action on your own behalf.
Courses are offered Virtually on our Live Instructor Led training platform.

Who should attend and why?
Classes are open to Article 43 employees. Those in eligible titles earning certifications will qualify for incentive pay increases per the current Collective Bargaining Agreement.
How is the training delivered?
We have a regular schedule of the Certificate classes offered on our Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) platform.
