The Alliance is launching The Alliance: 2020 Business Essentials Certificate for participants based in call centers of all types and those supporting AT&T products and services in non-technical careers.
Recognizing that the evolving 2020 workplace is creating the need for this workforce to re-tool work practices and stay current with technology,
we have built a certificate program that provides an overview of the trending technology and the impact it has on the work environment. The 2020 Business Essentials Certificate comprises four key programs that build on each other and provide a foundation for understanding and working in this changing workplace. You must complete the four required courses in sequence.
- Introduction to 2020 Technologies
- Basic Telecommunication Technologies
- Impact of Social Media in the Workplace
- Business Skills for Success in the 2020 Workplace
Courses are offered Virtually on our Live Instructor Led training platform.
