You are eligible to participate in The Alliance if you are a regular full-time employee or part-time employee of AT&T, Avaya, Alcatel-Lucent or OFS and you are represented by a CWA or non-factory IBEW bargaining unit and are party to a bargaining agreement that includes The Alliance. If you are a term employee who meets these requirements, you are eligible while you are an active employee. Occasional employees and temporary employees are not eligible for Alliance programs.
If you are a dislocated worker who was eligible for The Alliance when you were an active employee, you also qualify for Alliance programs. There are, however, certain limits to eligibility and duration of eligibility according to the termination option you exercised when leaving the company. It is important to confirm your Alliance eligibility using the Eligibility Matrix. The Matrix indicates Alliance options available according to your specific employment status, including participation in your company’s Transition Option Program (ATTOP/LCTOP/ACTOP). Click on Dislocated Worker Options for more information.
