As a result of the 2006 collective bargaining agreement, the CWA and IBEW Unions and Avaya, would like to announce their joint support of a new voluntary certification program for Senior Technicians, Senior Software Associates and Staging Technicians. The certification program is designed to be a long-term program that provides added incentive to grow skills and knowledge in the emerging IP workplace for employees in the covered titles listed above.

The Alliance will be providing the training for:

  •  A+
  • NET+
  • CTP
  • MCP (Windows Server 2000 & 2003)
  • LINUX+
  • CCNA
